Horse, Sparrows and Questions

In his poem "The Egg", the acclaimed iconoclast German writer Gunter Grass said we are born in an egg and our life project is to break the shell.

My hope in this web site is to enliven discussion on the myths and misconceptions that have led to our mental captivity, to break the shell of hyper-individualism and American unilateralism and proclaim the traditions of resistance and interdependence that could empower us to true life.

Survivalism could be superseded by cooperation. Internationalism in a multi-polar non-nuclear world calls us to break the shell, to think globally and to act globally and locally.
